Why I built this site
I've lived in New Jersey my whole life. I grew up in Central Jersey, earned my degree from Rutgers University Business School, and now live in Jersey City. Along the way I've seen the state up close, from its cities to its suburbs and Shore towns.
I think you should see the same numbers I see before you make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life: median price trends, days on market, inventory levels, and sale-to-list ratios. That's why I built this site and published the data so anyone can check it.
I have 10+ years in NJ real estate and investing. I help buyers find the right home, sellers price and sell theirs, and investors find properties that cash flow. That covers urban condos in Hoboken and Jersey City, suburban homes in Morris and Somerset counties, and coastal properties along the Jersey Shore.
